6. Is there a minimum purchase?
Minimum purchase for retail store is R150. Qualified wholesale traders, the minimum order is R500. For further questions, or special requests, please contact us directly.
7. Do you accept order by phone?
We would prefer to have orders in writing.
8. How do I know if my order was placed?
You will receive an e-mail confirmation within minutes of placing your order. If this does not occur, please contact us for assistance.
9. What should I do if I have trouble ordering?

Payfast is a secure online e-commerce payment facility. Payfast offers three options: 3D secure master or visa card payment or instant eft payment. Note that payments take two days to clear. A further option is the EFT button where you are able to make your own electronic payment. Should you select this option you have 48 hours to make payment before the proforma invoice is cancelled. Note payment confirmation must be e-mailed before your order is dispatched.

We only offer international airmail post office rates for international customers.

Once the parcel is delivered to the post office it is now in their system and further liaising has to be SAPO. Note that tracing facilities for post office parcels www.sapo.co.za or speed courier customer care services 0860 023 133. We will send you a tracking number for your parcel.
Please note that once the parcel is delivered to the courier or post office Ebony & Ivory is not responsible for your parcel – all further liaisons with regards to your parcel must be done with the relevant courier or post office.
